Do you ship coffee internationally?
At this stage, we only ship within Australia. We’re so sorry if this news comes as a disappointment.
How do I know if my order has gone through?
You'll receive a confirmation email confirming all the details. If you have placed an order, but not received an email, you may have entered the wrong email address. Not to worry, get in touch and we'll fix that up for you straight away.
Can you grind my beans for me?
We have many different ground options available to suit your preferred method of brewing. Use the dropdown menu on the product page to choose your ground!
How fresh are the beans?
We roast multiple times a week, and ship orders daily on weekdays, which means the coffee beans you'll be receiving will be super fresh. If you've placed an order over the weekend, it'll be shipped next business day.
