Shipping Policy

Please read our terms carefully prior to purchase as we do not take any returns for change of mind.

• We keep it nice and simple here. We have a flat rate for shipping beans based on the size of your order. 
  
  Spend $60 = Free Shipping 
  Spend less than $60 = $10 Flat Rate Shipping 
  
  
• All orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days from the order being placed.
   
• We ship all orders via Australia Post with our couriers picking up Tuesday and Friday. All orders placed before 9am will be packed that same day and leave the roastery on the next scheduled pickup day. Place an order over the weekend and it'll get shipped Tuesday.

• If something isn't quite right with your beans, please get in touch as soon as possible.
  
  
• All products must be inspected for faults within 24 hours of delivery, with issues photographed and emailed to hello@therunclub.coffee as soon as possible. You will be offered a replacement if possible or a refund.  We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.

The Run Club Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays in delivery once your order has left our dispatch facility. We will always do our best to keep you informed of any disruption to your delivery. We want you to have your coffee ASAP too!
